About this work

Table of coromandel wood with a rectangular top inlaid with linoleum. The base rests on an H-shaped cross with concave side aprons resting on bases. The top is supported by square colonettes, between which wide central stiles are placed, connected at three-fifths of the height by a rail. Between the cross and the rail is a stile with two turned stone bucks; flanked above and below by projecting stone bucks. Snakes on the table apron and central stiles.
