Hat of black felt with two side plumes of aigrette, angular crown and wide, curved brim, extra wide at the front; outer edge of the brim turned up and edged with black grosgrain ribbon. Hatband of a narrow strip of felt. Two aigrette plume clusters stand out on the left and right. Address: T.C.C.M. Hoogland/UTRECHT.
