About this work

Fichu of white cotton batiste, triangular, trimmed on two sides with a border of red, blue, and green flowers and leaves. Model: triangular, two sides with flat hem, one with rolled hem. Cut on the bias. Decoration: along two sides a border with a scrolling stem of leaves and flowers. Here and there in the flower calyx or leaves a narrow gold border. On the hem a narrow, straight blue border.
