About this work

Collar (pelerine) of batiste with concentric flounces edged with a strip of etching lace. The collar has a broad, lobed shoulder section and a high neck with a low standing collar built up from flounces. On the front, between flounces, an incrustation in the shape of a rosette with a cornflower in white work.
