About this work
Coachman's jacket of black gabardine with a cape and a dark blue velvet collar. Model: long, sleeveless, with capes. Straight front panels with five black bone buttons. Small, flat collar with hook-and-eye fastening and a storm flap. Stitched pockets. Very deep armholes. One back panel with a slit that can be closed with buttons. Chain as a hanging loop. Capes: sewn to the jacket together with the collar. One back panel with a round shoulder seam and diagonal side seams. Also from the front, wide-flaring panels that can be closed with three buttons. Unlined.
