About this work

Kabaya of white linen batiste edged all around with a wide, scalloped strip of machine-made lace. Model: lightly waisted, without fastening, hip-length, without collar and with close-fitting long sleeves. Decoration: a scalloped strip of machine-made lace at the neck (forming a kind of standing collar), along the front panels, the hem and the cuffs. Turned-back hems with triangular cut-out notches.
