About this work

Chasuble of silk with a pattern of quatrefoils within oval fields. Details of the applied aurifrisia and the back cross have added embroidery of gilded metal thread, sewn-on decorative stones and pearls and show the Christogram IHS; additionally applied representations of St. Joseph with the Christ Child and of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Neo-Gothic.
