Inkstand of porcelain. Oval with a handle on one side. In the closed upper section, two large round openings for an inkwell and a sand shaker, and four holes for pens. Along the top and bottom edges, a braided ribbon motif in relief. Painted on the front with a landscape with figures at tents in sepia within a rectangular field, interrupted by a frieze of light blue lattice work. In this lattice work, three cartouches are cut out on the sides, the middle one being a medallion with a wreathed male head in sepia, the other two tapering and containing a multicolored flower branch. On the back, an oval with straw flowers is cut out, in the middle of which the attachment of the handle is located. On the wall, gold gilding.
