About this work

Long batik scarf with an unworked yellow-gold center pattern within a solid blue and green border. At both ends a standing figure with outstretched spread arms and a long garment. Around the figure an aureole with blue lenses, yellow-gold bands, and consecutive rows of spiral circles. In the style of Art Nouveau.
