About this work

Shoulder bag in a flat model, of dark purple beads with a pattern of lilac and yellow flowers and green leaves. The pattern is the same on the front and back. The beads are woven against a coarse linen background. The rectangular copper-coloured handle has on the front three motifs of a laurel wreath, a flower and a rod in copper in relief, the back is unworked. On top of the handle a clasp and two rings, through which a braided purple cord passes. The lining is of purple cotton.
