Folding fan with a leaf of beige tulle decorated with ochre-yellow silk, steel and copper sequins, and spangles on a mount of golden-yellow plastic inlaid with steel and decorated with gold paint. The leaf is divided into three sections: at the top, a narrow straight border with flower-shaped copper sequins; below, a wide scalloped border with spangles of various sizes and colors; at the bottom, a border with flower-shaped steel sequins. The whole is edged with a machine-made lace border. The back of the leaf is undecorated. The mount has 16 connected legs and two closing legs, all decorated with inlaid steel spangles and gold-painted stacked ornaments.
