About this work
Gold brooch in the shape of a flower with a central rosette containing a pendaloque-cut ruby in an entourage of four round-faceted rubies and three faceted diamonds, fitted with a cannon clasp. In the shank, set in white gold, two faceted diamonds. The box is of black cardboard with velvet and silk lining. Inside the lid: Ans Hemke-Kuilboer Jeweller - Antiquarian AMSTERDAM. Lid with clasp mechanism. Gold decorative border.
