About this work
Oboe made of palmwood with twelve round brass keys with round plates and a carved wooden thumb rest at the back. Four ivory rings (on the upper part, in the middle, and on the lower section). The third hole is double. The upper part resembles oboes by Bohrmann and Grenser. The upper section is marked with number 3, which likely means it is number 3 of 3 interchangeable parts.
