About this work

Well-preserved and still excellently playable four-part boxwood flute with ivory rings, patented tuning slide, and six metal keys with tin key pads. In original case; tuned approximately a-440 Hz. Stamp: 'POTTER / JOHNSON’S COURT / FLEET STREET / LONDON'.
