About this work
Two-piece recorder in stained boxwood, with rings of bone and a ring of horn, without a key. On the back of the head joint there is a glued crack, likely the horn ring was attached during the repair of the crack. The recorder is otherwise in good condition, plays very pleasantly and has a low tuning. The lowest note is a B-flat at a tuning of a-440 Hz. Stamps on both parts: [unbridled lion] / ICRISTIANI / [unbridled lion].
