About this work
Four-part transverse flute made of boxwood or another fruit tree species, with a brass key on which some decorations are engraved. The tuning is approximately a=415 Hz. On the front of the parts (between hole 1 and 2, hole 4 and hole 5, and just below the key) a number of asterisks are stamped. Additionally, there is a horn ring on the upper part, probably added as a repair.
