About this work

Baluster-shaped, partially ribbed ewer with a bulbous foot. The ewer has a projecting spout and a double-braided handle with floral and leaf terminals. The rim is modeled with floral scrollwork. The oval, contoured washbasin has a partially ribbed rim.
