About this work
Milk jug of earthenware, Black Basalt. The jug has an elliptical cross-section and a straight wall. The lower part of the wall has weaving in relief, above which a frieze in relief with animals in a landscape. The jug has a wide spout and a C-shaped handle. The jug is marked: Wedgwood.
