Cuff of polychrome mixed lace - bobbin lace in combination with needle lace - inspired on Brussels duchesse. Against an open mesh ground in moss-green stand large C-scrolls in grey-blue, with leaf palmette of turquoise as a closure. Four closures stand in the middle of the cuff. In the scrolls stand rose and blue composite flowers or a palmette leaf. In the middle back in the collar stand two C-scrolls, which enclose a leaf palmette, which consists of pairs of leaves in rose, blue and beige. Furthermore small C-scrolls, vines, acanthus leaves and smaller star flowers. Many of the stems and petals are nuanced in moss-green/yellow/white, brown/beige, violet-rose/rose/white, light turquoise/white and grey-blue/beige. Deep and whimsically scalloped by the motifs of the inner decoration.
