About this work

Shawl of black bobbin lace, Russian or Eastern European lace. The triangular model shows an almost symmetrical pattern, which stands on an irregular braid ground. Thick vines surrounded by lightning bolt motifs form half and full circles, within which an oval fruit or flower.
