About this work

Conical foot with pontil mark. The stem is built up from a baluster and a nodus. A double air twist in the stem. Bell-shaped bowl with a rounded underside. On the bowl, Charitas is depicted in an oval medallion, represented by a standing woman with a child at her breast and a child beside her. Above the woman in the border of the medallion is the word 'LOVE'. To the left of the medallion is a butterfly.
