Stoneware jug on a high foot with a globular body and wide neck. The C-shaped handle is attached to the neck and shoulder. Profiles on the neck, belly and foot. Partially covered in cobalt blue. The lower part of the belly with canelures. A wide band of profiles with decorative bands separates the belly from the slightly narrower shoulder. On the shoulder compartments with alternating chip-carved and stamped scrollwork under a fleur-de-lis in a heart, cut out in blue. On the neck in relief a printed and applied band with alternating round and oval medallions with a rosette. The upper side of the handle is marked with a stamped 'E'. Raeren.
