About this work

Sleigh from Hindelopen with painting and carving. The sleigh features carved leaf ornament with angel figures and birds. The sleigh is partially gilded on the front and back. The side panels show a painted scene of floral work with child figures, and on the front and back a painted scene of Bacchus and Love, after Goltzius.
