About this work
Tablecloth, made of red moiré silk, trimmed at the bottom edge with passementerie with alternating red and yellow tassels; the construction consists of a rectangular top the size of the table, to which a broad strip hanging to the ground is gathered all around, one strip running continuously along three sides and one separate strip with loose seams along the fourth side. This loose strip can be folded up to open the doors of the drawer cabinet. A lead cord is attached to the bottom edge.
