About this work
Teakwood serving tray with a silver raised and openwork rim, connected at the corners with slightly projecting feet. The wall consists of a series of openwork, lobed 'niches' at the top with openwork flowering plants. This tea tray is part of a service that was looted in 1905 from the raja of Bone.
