About this work

Teakwood serving tray with a raised and pierced silver rim, connected at the corners to slightly projecting feet. The wall consists of a series of pierced, lobed 'niches' at the top with pierced flowering plants. This tea tray is part of a service looted in 1905 from the Raja of Bone.
