About this work

Fragment of a child's tunica, consisting of natural-colored weave with narrow woven clavi and six tabulae. The clavi consist of a continuous winding ornament of purple vines with three-lobed leaves. In the tabulae a running hare. The neck opening is trimmed with red cord and has a winding motif with three-lobed leaves and a scalloped edge on both sides.
