About this work
Tin teapot. The high foot with copper mount at the lower edge supports the baluster-shaped body. The spout rim is of copper. The domed lid has a copper rim with a copper handle in the center on top. The thumb rest is formed by two spheres, which are connected via a double-knuckle hinge to the curled handle. The spout runs from the underside of the belly upwards and ends in a beast's head.
