About this work

Ladies' shoe of black satin trimmed with black grosgrain ribbon. Square toe, one vamp and one quarter. The front of the heel runs straight down. The sides and back of the heel are tailored and covered with black leather. Leather back flap and leather sole. Quarter lined with ivory-white glazed leather, vamp lined with beige linen. The insole is of ivory-white glazed leather. Checkered edge trimmed with black grosgrain ribbon.
