Jug with portraits and fluting

Stoneware jug on a high foot with a globular body and wide neck. The C-shaped handle is attached to the neck and shoulder. Profiles on the neck, belly, and foot. The lower part of the belly with canelures and a band of stamped flowers, separated from the shoulder by a band with profiles. The shoulder with incised decoration. On the neck, in relief, a printed and applied band with nine portraits and faces in profile under arches. Siegburg.
