About this work
Stoneware inkstand with a pen holder and two holders for the inkwell and the sand shaker. Partially covered with cobalt blue. The front and back with a relief decoration of a printed and applied flower flanked by rearing horses and two-eared vases surrounded by a festoon. On the top an engraved, stylized flowering plant. On each corner a modeled 'rivet'.
