About this work

Gueridon of gilded polychromed lime wood on a foot with three legs in the form of volutes, decorated with acanthus leaves and wild boar heads. Above stands an angel in a draped robe, holding a shield and a round leaf placed above the head, decorated with pierced leaves and flowers. Coat of arms of Johan Boudaen (1634-1716). From the House Popkensburg in Zeeland.
