About this work

Models for casting molds of clasps and hinges of book locks. All decorated with a representation set in a rococo ornament. The clasps show respectively a putto with a scale and a sword; a putto with a spear and a burning altar; and a putto with a mirror. The hinges show a putto with a burning torch and a putto with an anchor and a bird. The backs are filled with pitch.
