Letter bag in a flat, rectangular model, of ecru silk on which even wavy bands of brown silk and gold thread are embroidered. At the points where the bands meet a small circle filled with purple watercolour paint. In each open space a single flower branch is painted. Around the bag a narrow binding of gold thread. The front and back have the same pattern, as does the inside. The bag is double-folded, with in the middle an opening to two rectangular compartments. These compartments are lined with pink taffeta and each again divided into two compartments, by a strip of this silk.
