About this work

Silver medal, obverse: the Dutch Maiden amidst a cornerstone with a Bible, an altar with a burning heart, and a pillar with the coats of arms of the Netherlands, the stadtholder, and Delft, with water and a rowing boat in the background, with legend and edge inscription; reverse: a cartouche with seven lines of text between intertwined orange branches, meeting at the top in a bundle of arrows.
