Bronze medal. Obverse: Belgium as a woman with a flag and climbing branch, sitting on a recumbent lion behind which two monumental statues stand, with inscription text. Reverse: Belgium as a throne-sitting woman between standing women holding a winged wheel and a palm branch, with legend and inscription text.
