Cast oval silver plaque medal with eye and suspension ring, obverse: Death, with torches and scythes, holding up a text sheet, at the bottom a cartouche, reverse: an inscribed sarcophagus, upon which a skull and a winged hourglass, under two angels holding an inscribed ribbon beneath the radiant eye of God.
