Tin medal with eye and suspension ring, on the obverse Victoria giving a laurel wreath to the Dutch Maiden, with spear with liberty cap and Dutch Lion, to the right behind the Waterloo monument, on the reverse the Waterloo monument above the date 1815, with legend.
