View of a horse market outside a city where officers are buying horses. Also with women and playing children; on the right, a theatrical performance. During the War of the Spanish Succession, circa 1702. In the inscriptions, verses in Latin and Dutch. In the middle, the dedication to the young Prince Frederik Willem in Latin.
