View of a horse market outside a city where officers are buying horses, also with women and playing children, a theatrical performance on the right. During the War of the Spanish Succession, ca. 1702. Verses in Latin and Dutch in the inscriptions. In the center, the dedication to the young Prince Frederick William in Latin.
