On a dais sits an elegant couple, dressed in the fashion of ca. 1625-'30. The lady holds a glass in her left hand and wears a bodice with a very wide pleated collar. The man smokes a pipe. In front of the couple lies a melon on the ground and by the fountain sits a monkey holding a fruit to its snout. In the background a garden with a statue of a woman holding a cornucopia. Below the image a four-line verse in two columns with Latin text. Numbered at the bottom right: 4.
