Farmer and farmer's wife from Walcheren. A young lady in a checkered skirt, floral bodice and hat stands next to a gentleman with a pipe and spade. Accompanying the print is a sheet with the French title. Part of the reduced copies from 1812 after the plates of Dutch national costumes from the years 1803-1807. Subject headings within the Atlas Zeden en Gewoonten: Clothing, National Costume.
