Gentleman and farmer's wife from Zuid-Beveland. The young woman with a basket of butter and eggs on her arm, in conversation with a pipe-smoking man in black. Accompanying the print is a sheet with the French title. Part of the reduced copies from 1812 after the plates of Dutch national costumes from the years 1803-1807.
