An Amsterdam fishwoman sitting next to her baskets of fish. She accosts a gentleman in a blue coat and top hat to buy something from her. Part of a bound edition of the series of twenty-four plates of Dutch costumes in the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the beginning of the nineteenth century by Maaskamp, 1829.
