View of part of the garden of the Corvershof on the Nieuwe Herengracht in Amsterdam, viewed towards the Nieuwe Keizersgracht. On the right a part of the adjacent Diaconie Oude Vrouwen- en Mannenhuis. Various figures walk on the avenue. In the middle two gardeners with a basket. Part of a series of prints of the Corvershof, put into use in 1723, intended for older married couples of the Dutch Reformed (later Remonstrant) faith.
