Relief of Londonderry on 28 July 1689 after having been unsuccessfully besieged from 18 April by the army of King James II. In the foreground, cavalry and hand-to-hand combat. Numbered top right: 311. Plate T in the series 'The English Theatre' on the Glorious Revolution and events of the preceding years 1685-1689 (first part). With inscriptions in Dutch and French.
