About this work

Long pipe cleaner, consisting of an oval medallion, crowned with an openwork bow and draped with garlands; in the medallion: bust of a man; below: bird with spread wings, openwork heart and long quill, of which the upper part has an opening on four sides and contains a small ball, the middle part is twisted and the lower part ends in a point.
