About this work

Plate from the VOC ship 'Witte Leeuw', 100% present. The glaze is milk-white, crazed, and has pinholes and small firing cracks. The underglaze is light blue. The base is glazed. The footring is trapezoidal and faceted. No oven sand was found. The lip edge is unsculpted.
