About this work
The roadstead of Surabaya with centrally a steamship at anchor that is also a sailing ship. On the right side four other ships at anchor. On the side several ships are moored. In the foreground bushes and in front of them a revetment of piles and stones. Part of the photo album presented by the Soerabayasche Vereeniging van Suikerfabrikanten to Frederik Beyerinck, resident of Soerabaja.
