About this work
Photo album compiled on the occasion of the festive inauguration of the 8 inch pipeline from Tempino to Pladjoe over 268 km on Sumatra by the Nederlandsch-Indische Aardolie Maatschappij (NIAM) on 15 November 1935. Opening performed by T.J. Verschuur as secretary of the Board of Management of the NIAM. Album consisting of 28 leaves with 27 photos fixed with photo corners, a title and a reproduction of a fold-out charter. The leaves are fixed in the album using split pins. Cover of brown cardboard with a dark brown linen spine.
